Marc Maurer (NL,1969) was born in Eindhoven and grew up in Germany. After high school, he moved to his hometown in the Netherlands. He studied architecture, urban planning, and structural engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology. In 1995 he received a master’s degree for his thesis on the relationship between architecture and ‘urban culture’.
