Housing corporation Wonen Limburg owns a large number of homes in Eygelshoven. In order to properly manage this housing stock, there is a need for a spatial vision for the district, which is also supported by the Municipality of Kerkrade. In a joint development process with the stakeholders, Maurer United has developed a spatial vision that forms the basis for strategic housing management.
