At the invitation of Ou Ning, curator of the 2009 Hong Kong Shenzhen Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism, the ‘Medular Pavilion’ was realized. The Shenzhen Civic Square is a ceremonial square. During the biennale, it was open to a wide audience for once. The lampshade parasols have an inviting character.
